Happened upon this place by chance when I was on vacation in San Leon. It was the best sushi I've ever had. The young waiter was so nice and talkative and polite, I wish I had thought to get his name so I could send the restaurant a note saying as much. Beautiful decorations and the food presentation was wonderful. Definitely recommend.
We dined at Fuji Sushi restaurant before heading to Aldi for grocery shopping, and it was an outstanding experience. Our server, Havy or Javie, provided top-notch service with a very polite demeanor and the food came out promptly. Every single item we ordered exceeded expectations, with a cute plated dishes and delicious flavors and sauces! The restaurant was clean and had a great vibe. Probably the best restaurant in town, and we will definitely be coming back to try other menus! 🍣
Absolutely delicious fresh food, served by friendly people who are eager to help you figure out what you will like. They not only allow but encourage you to substitute &/or combine flavors to ensure you're satisfied. I was also pleasantly surprised at how beautiful, large, and comfortable the space felt.
